End of 7th Week is almost here

I have almost reached end of my 7th week of notice at my current employer. One more week and I should be out of here.

So far so good.

I am not sure at this point of time, if I would be able to recover any money spent or cash for leaves unused.

None of the managers have asked me any reason for my leaving (probably they have made all the possible assumptions, or they know and would not want it to become a publicly documented affair).

Actually, none of them have even called me after I have resigned (to know or for any other reason as well). Only mail I had received after I resigned was from SS asking if there is something that can be done to make me stay back, but that was too late. I have been on email with ET since almost July about Review, and all I have got is a promise to look into it by certain date. Each time the date came, nothing happened and I got a new date. Seems like they took it for granted or wanted me to leave the company.

Not just that, some more things happened. First, the employer identified a replacement out there (you know where!!). But he does not want to do the hardwork, so he refused to come over (citing visa problems). Don't know what problem has he got.

Then employer identified another replacement out here (you better know where now!!!). But she does not want to be my replacement either. I was to start with a knowledge transition today, but she said she can not make it today. Did not have the voice recorder, otherwise it would have been a good audio-con.

Those of you, who have been following my blog may know a thing or two:
1. I resigned.
2. It did not get accepted.
3. Finally It did!!!!
4. I am right now on notice period!!!!!
